House or apartment search
Our support in the search for a house or apartment usually starts before you enter Germany. You tell us how you would like to live and we create a requirements profile together with you based on your information, according to which we search for the optimal property for you. In doing so, we work directly with brokers, property managers and also landlords.
We support you in the lease negotiations and take care of all registrations related to the move-in.
- Preparation of a requirements profile (size, price, location)
- Arrangement of appointments with brokers, property management and/or landlords, incl. accompaniment to the viewing appointments
- Assistance with lease negotiation and review, incl. translation assistance (English)
- After moving in: registration with utilities, registration telephone, satellite/cable TV.
