As part of our HR services, we support you in setting up your newly established branch in Germany, starting with assistance in finding suitable office space, procuring office furniture and finding new employees.
We help you with the publication of job advertisements, the review of applications received and conduct initial interviews by telephone or even personal interviews in our or your offices.
For smaller companies, especially foreign ones, which do not have their own human resources department, we provide assistance in drafting employment contracts in cooperation with our labor lawyer, introducing job descriptions, company regulations and implementing legal, collective bargaining and social security regulations.
